”1st night 2 stars: 4th floor
- The noise coming from below was terrible and kept us awake. We called to be moved but they didn’t have a room until next day. The room also had a strange smell that came from the big hole on the bathroom floor.
2nd night 4 stars: 8th floor
- Much better room and less street noise. No smell from the bathroom.
Other thoughts:
- Breakfast was basic but convenient
- Location is amazing and a short walk to Inner Harbor
- Parking is $45 per night which is high

That being said, the entire Baltimore harbor has deteriorated significantly. Dining and entertainment in the area a lot worse than when I lived in MD 15 years ago.”

”The staff was incredible and the hotel felt safe and secure (despite what other reviews say about the area in Baltimore). The room was comfortable, but we had issues with the door knob and shower. Can't emphasize enough how helpful the staff was and it is clear they care about the property and are working on improving it. I would easily stay here again.”
