This is a great property! Very clean and very modern. They did a great job when made this spot. Location is great to get around in the area. If you are a side sleeper, like me, then the beds are too hard for you. I had to move to the couch last night. Otherwise, I would recommend this for anyone who isn’t a side sleeper.

Lots of potential, but needs some work
I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness/state of the bathroom. Plenty of room for a family of 4, nicely loaded kitchen, and pretty decent location near the capital (not much within immediate to explore). The bathroom, and especially the bathtub need remodeling. There is a lot of mildew/mold in and around the tub, it’s so visible that it can’t be explained away by not being aware. The bathroom also smelled like urine, which would tell me it wasn’t cleaned well, or it needs a deeper cleaning. The bedroom carpet didn’t appear to be vacuumed since there was a hair tie, and clumps of debris on the carpet. The check-in process was easy, the place was nice other than bathroom and cleanliness. I hope you take this feedback as a catalyst to fix this up, b/c this place really does have great potential.

We loved this cozy home. Perfect for 2 people or a small family. Great location, close to downtown and great restaurants and bars. House was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay near Lake Tahoe
This place was clean and exactly what was needed for our trip. Close to all of the amenities and stores that we needed. Most importantly it was the perfect location to visit Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Northstar Ski resorts all in the same week without needing to do a lot of driving.

Easy to find and access. Updated and very nice. Wall furnace runs a tad warm, and one bed is not as comfy as the other, but that's splitting hairs. It was a perfect place to stay and sleep while visiting family in the area. Would stay again .

Nice place with a few issues.
Pros: Unit was clean and a good size for the 3 of us. Easy to find and close to everything we needed. We were in town for a funeral, and needed a central location. AC and fans kept the temperature very comfortable inside. Price was a good value; less expensive than many hotels in the area. Cons: Beds were advertised as queens and were definitely doubles. Water in shower went from ice cold to scalding hot during use, which was dangerous. Television was extremely difficult to operate, and would not connect to anything offered on screen (spent a lot of time trying to figure it out, and we are tech savvy people). Screen door on front door needs some TLC; we were careful to not use it too.much, as there is a loose bolt on it. Thank you for listening.

We needed lodging with a kitchen and were very happy with this house. It was cost but big enough to provide us with the space we needed. . The location was good . You could walk to coffee shops , restaurants and grocery store. The house was very clean but did have a problem with little ants in the kitchen.. I am told this is the season for them. I would recommend this house if you need the space of a house and a kitchen.

A Wonderful Stay in Carson City
This was a wonderful place to stay in Carson City. The house was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. And the location was perfect; right near downtown Carson. We will be back for sure!

Small house in downtown Carson
We needed our own space as we were visiting relatives for Thanksgiving and this was perfect! It had cooking supplies and enough space for the 3 of us. It was warm and clean and easily accessible to downtown Carson City.

Nice little place to call home for a few days.
House is conveniently located one block off of Carson which is one of the main streets in Carson City. If you're into T.V., the television has plenty of channels, NFL network,etc.... Some earlier reviews I had read people were complaining about the T.V.. Bed was comfortable, sofa was comfortable and heater kept the place nice and cozy on the cold nights. Kitchen looked well stocked though we ate out the whole time. The only thing I would complain about was the lack of a washer and dryer, which wasn't really a big deal. We found a laundry mat close by and enjoyed conversing with some locals while doing laundry. Overall we were really pleased with the property. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Our stay in this home was great. It was neat and tidy and stocked adequately for our needs. It may have been a bit tight if we were traveling with another couple but was really nice for just two of us. A top sheet was missing from the main bed. Probably a miss by the cleaners. We just borrowed one from the other bed.

Still needs improvements
We arrived to find there wasn’t any soap or toilet paper to last us the days we were staying, so we bought our own. We called & found out they had problems with the cleaning service. They offered to get soap & toilet paper but we were already going to the store & bought our own. One of the beds needs repairs as every time you move or roll over in it the headboard hits the wall because it’s not attached. The shower curtain rod fell down 2-3x on us while we were taking showers. We couldn’t have taken out the trash as it was over-loaded when we arrived. I called & they did remove the trash & left us extra trash bags, but I was in town due to a family death & memorial service, so I did not call about every single thing. These “little things” do matter, especially when all we really did was sleep & shower here. We were spending time with family most of the time. We were disappointed in this place but it has potential to be very nice once more improvements are made & better cleaning services are employed.

Clean but a few things missing
We stayed in this home for a week while visiting family in Carson City. The house is 1/2 of a duplex (the other half curves around on the other street). First of all, it is entirely updated with nice decor, a mostly well-appointed kitchen and a nice bath. In addition, the front is well-kept with flowers and a nice lawn. The outside patio, while cute, was mostly unused by us. The mattresses are very comfortable -- in fact, my husband wanted to see what the brand was, but we were unable to find it. The bath towels were large, soft and comfortable. In the kitchen, there were enough basic tools to make a meal but it is small. There is a dishwasher and big refrigerator and stove. The other nice thing was we were there in the heat of the summer and, although there was only one window air-conditioner unit, it kept the house extremely cool during the day. We opened the windows at night because Carson City usually cools down nicely. Some of the problems with the house: There is a big T.V. in the living area but no cable or satellite (although it was erroneously advertised as so). They expect you to use a hotspot for that and wifi but it didn't work for the T.V. Be advised to bring cables or an Apple TV if you want to make use of it. We ended up watching things on my iPad. I think with the charge, there should be cable or satellite. A few other things: the stove "pans" on top were dirty and I had to clean them after a small fire started while boiling water; also, the knives are pretty dull for cutting vegetables and meat. Finally, they didn't have enough basic supplies like coffee filters, enough kitchen towels (you shouldn't have to use the same one all week long -- unsanitary), and a bathmat. These are little things compared to some of the house's amenities but I want to mention them because I think this is a new VRBO home and the owners might want to add them. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but it could have used some big and small amenities that would make it ideal.
