”Breathtaking views of the lake from the house and exterior decks. The house is maintained very well, clean, and has comfortable furniture throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the property which includes two cottages and three multi-level decks. I highly recommend renting this house. ”

”This property has everything you need for a family and friend’s vacation. We visited for a ski trip to Heavenly Ski Resort and were extremely satisfied with the property. It was a short 10 minute drive to the mountain. The only downfall to this property is that it is situated in mountain and if the weather is severe, driving can be sketchy. Other than that, everything was fantastic.”

”This is a gorgeous property. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The communications with the managers were excellent. The top condo was shut down due to a gas leak so we weren’t sure if we would have the entire building or we would be lacking the four bedrooms in that unit. They kept us well informed of the status and we finally did get to use the unit. Did I mention that there are an incredible number of stairs?”

”Four of us seniors rented for a week. Owner quickly responded to a couple of items. We were less than 10 minutes from Heavenly’s Nevada side entrance to the ski area and close to an hour to other ski areas around Lake Tahoe. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. We were there in mid-October and it felt peaceful, quiet, and private, which we loved. Throughout the house there were cute curiosities that added a lot of character. Great sleeping in the master bedroom with the window open,...

”We had a bachelorette with couples and it was the perfect place to stay! There was 16 of us and all of us had our own rooms! Bathrooms were so nice and so much space! Plus it’s close to the Casinos! We definitely want to come back when we can! Game room was a blast, loved the hot tub and everything was just set up so well! Also easy check in! We had a blast and highly recommend this place!! ”
