”Clean room.”

”Staff members were very accommodating. We stayed 3 nights. Suite was spacious.”

”The hotel is very clean and the staff were helpful. But be aware that there is no elevator. I did not realize that when I booked and stayed for two nights with a friend who has a bad knee. We were placed on the 2nd floor and the steps were difficult for her and we had alot of luggage to carry up and down. The breakfast is fine, but not alot of variety.”

”The only thing I liked was the price. I came back and couldn't get in my room went to desk took forever for someone to come out. Than I saw a sign said closed at 11:30 my thought was 78 yr.old lady alone in a creepy motel. Nice enough for the price. My floor had cigarette burns all over plus bed spread had several cigarette burns.”

”It was clean, quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable. The down sides. The toilet is like a miniature version of a toilet. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags it’s a pain. The fitness center was closed. The “breakfast”, if you could call it that was horrible. Possibly the worst I have ever seen. The eggs were cold and watery, they had the consistency of a kitchen sponge. There was no meat option. The fruit was borderline spoiled. The coffee was cold and tasted like cardboard. Good...

”The property is well maintained. Room was cleaned a stocked with supplies. The water pressure and the shower was the best. It has a very small fitness room, only a bike and treadmill. The continental breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.”

”Nice overnight hotel. Great staff. Clean room. Nice shower. Easy check in and out. Unfortunately the hot tub was being repaired — would have been nice after a long day of driving.”

”Since it’s the only hotel in Glenwood Iowa, it’s pretty nice. They take very good care of it. It’s very clean. The rooms are pretty spacious and it was near a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again if I’m in town for a wedding.”

”Reception desk lady was awesome”

”The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”

”A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again. Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover...

”Upon checking in, the front desk staff was courteous and prompt. The room was mostly clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom and dingy but clean looking towels. The bed was decent, somewhat comfortable. The blackout curtains kept the room nicely darkened. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. We slept well in between long days of travel on our family road trip. Upon check out though, there was a staff member at the desk who was pretty rude. She had a mouth full of food and curtly said...
