Very disappointing stay at Casa de Alba, especially for the price (over $1,000).
We stayed from Friday to Monday, and our room had plumbing issues the entire time. The toilet was leaking from day one, and although we reported it immediately, it was not properly fixed. At one point, water from the bathroom leaked into the suite, and we were left without access to our room and bathroom for several hours while repairs were attempted. Even after that, the issue persisted—by our last day, the toilet was still not working properly and clogged again.
Cleanliness was also a concern. There was visible dust buildup throughout the room, and we found what appeared to be rodent droppings under the sink.
Overall, the room did not match the images online, which felt misleading. At this price level, basic functionality and cleanliness should not be issues.
Staff was polite, but the lack of resolution significantly impacted our stay.
I would not recommend this place unless you check status of your room first.
