The living space is adjoined to the traditional kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge freezer and patio door out to the terrace with BBQ.

Follow the stairs to the cool lower level, perfect for sleeping.

In both the master bedroom and second bedroom guests will find 2 single beds, air con and ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

The separate family bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

Upstairs to the left of the property´s entrance, guests will find stairs leading to a rooftop solarium which offers the most amazing views and is the perfect spot for some private sunbathing time!
The villa is located just a couple of hundred metres from the Los Molinos Community Swimming Pool and Poolside Restaurant.
