I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay left me with no choice. The list of issues was simply too long to ignore.
It started before we even got to the room check-in was delayed, forcing us to wait beyond the scheduled time. Not exactly the welcome you hope for after a long journey.
Once we finally got to our room, the problems kept coming. There was no hot water not a brief outage, but a persistent problem throughout the entire stay. A cold shower is not what anyone expects after a long day of travel. The hair dryer in the room was also broken, which, combined with the lack of hot water, made for a frustrating morning routine.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite adjusting the settings repeatedly, the room remained uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep at night.
The beds were poorly made upon check-in sheets untucked and to top it off, the duvet had no cover. Just a bare duvet sitting on the bed. It felt unhygienic and showed a real lack of attention to basic housekeeping standards.
The staff, to their credit, were polite when issues were raised but politeness alone cannot compensate for a room that simply wasn’t ready or properly maintained.
