The bed linen and towels smelly and very clean. The air conditioning on both the lower and upper floors is very powerful! Communication with both Deborah and Steve was always very fast, clear, fluid and were always super attentive. It will certainly be a house that we will rent again!”

”A wonderful place in the middle of nature, perfect to slow down... Despite a very hot week with over 40 degrees at times, it was easy to stay on the shady terrace during the day with a little wind. In the mornings and evenings I can recommend to use the available kayak. As this is a tidal river you can even use the current to paddle upstream very comfortably and explore the Guadiana and its wonderful flora & fauna. Time seems to have stood still here. The shepherd's house with indoor and outdoor...

”Ein schönes Haus, das wie beschrieben ist. Die Betten waren gut, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse bzw. Liegeterrasse an den Strand über die Pinienbäume hinweg ist sensationell.”

”The house was very clean when we arrived, felt superb immediately. Un fortunately the weather was a bit cloudy, but not a great deal. All the things you need are available once you arrive. The beach is in walking distance and calm (maybe because is was a bit cold). We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Communication with Andrew was spot on and prompt! Maybe the bathroom on the ground floor could get an upgrade, but it was still functional! We will return, that's for sure!”

”Das wunderschön (am Ende einer 4 km langen Schotterstrecke, die eine sehr vorsichtige Fahrweise erforderlich macht) gelegene Haus mutet wie eine historische Finca an, ist aber durch Solarenergie-Versorgung auch in neuzeitlicher Weise nutzbar. Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung vor Ort! Wunderbar ruhig, "lauteste" Anwohner waren die Tauben auf der anderen Flußseite.”

”House suited us to the ground. Pool well used by eldest daughter. Pool table great for the rainy day. Perfect position for the beach and a good walk to catch the boat to Spain for a day. Well equipped except for a bread knife. But who’s bothered by that? Recommend a stay.”

”The villa had all the facilities we required. Lovely pool, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The villa is well situated and you can walk to beaches and restuarants but a car is ideally needed for shopping and to explore the area. The only thing to mention is the villa would benefit from a few more sunbeds or softer seating in the pool area as the current ones are short in number and getting a little tired. But it was a wonderful holiday...
