Hattiway Allatoona-järvellä sisältää yksityisen katetun telakan

Rentoutuminen alkaa kuistilta, jossa voit keinua tuolilla katsellen asuvien peuroja juhlia vihreää ruohoa. Siirry sitten Hattiwaylle täysin kalustetulla järvenrantakotilla, joka sijaitsee yksinäisellä laella Allatoona-järvellä ja joka nukkuu mukavasti 8.-10.

Tässä autenttisessa järvitalossa on makuuhuone, jolta on näköala järvelle king size -sängystä. Tässä sviitissä on LCD-televisio ja iso vaatekaappi, jossa on runsaasti laatikkotilaa. Master-kylpyammeessa on suuri suihkukaappi, kylpyamme, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja erillinen vesikaappi.

Vierashuoneessa on parivuode, runsaasti kaappitilaa, LCD-TV ja suora pääsy täyteen kylpyyn.

Kerrossänky antaa vieraillesi nuorille ja vanhoille paikka kikattaa pitkään yöhön, kun he kertovat tarinoitaan päivästään. Tässä huoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä (yhteensä 4 erillistä vuodetta), runsaasti kaappitilaa ja vastapäätä täydellistä kylpyä.

Kahden hengen kokoinen antiikkinen reki-sänky alakerran TV-huoneessa tarjoaa loistavan paikan nukkua ja kaksinkertaistuu ylimääräisenä makuualueena. Myös alakerrassa on toinen täysi kylpyamme.

Syötävä keittiö ja aamiaisbaari inspiroivat keskustelua samalla kun valmistetaan suuria tai pieniä aterioita jokaiselle perheen kokoontumiselle. Puinen palkittu perhehuoneemme on loistava paikka katsella elokuvia tai nauttia pelipöydästä.

Kuistilla suojattu seula on täydellinen paikka nauttia aamukahvia ja johtaa alakerrokseen. Tässä kannessa on kylpytynnyri, joka on valmis ottamaan syksyisen chillin pois ennen ruiskuttamista.

Telakalla on ylempi kansi, jossa on sisäänrakennetut istuimet ja valaistus. Lounge-tuolien avulla voit ottaa aurinkoa tai vain rentoutua, kun yö ohittaa päivän. Alla on katettu lipsahdus suosikkiveneesi. Katso lisätietoja Hattiway-verkkosivustolta.

Has Potential
This property has potential but is in need of some TLC both inside and out. The waterline was littered with debris which made swimming from the dock unappealing. We rented a pontoon boat from Park Marina and that was the highlight of our stay. Our main reason for choosing this property was the proximity of the marina and it is pet friendly. We won't travel without our pup, which limits our options. It is a large house and might work for groups or families.

Family Vacation 2024

Too short
We were in the area for my son’s baseball tournament. My daughter, niece and I could only stay for a few days so I decided to get a house for all of us before my husband and son finished the tournament in a hotel. Well none of us wanted to leave this house. First of all, the WiFi was amazing! My husband and I unfortunately had to work a little a little while we were there and there were no problems. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and spacious. The dock and hot tub served as endless hours of entertainment for the kids and we saw lots of deer and shooting stars at night! Wish we had a boat, but there wasn’t enough time. We did buy floats at the grocery store. Great stay. Not sure we will be back in the area again but if so, we would definitely stay here again!

Came down for a week long youth baseball tournament and brought the boat for the lake. 20 min drive to PBR LakePoint sports. Property Manager was fantastic to work with and lake was wonderful. Recommend!

My friends and I took our soon-to-be college freshman on a girls trip before they all leave for college in the fall. I keep my boat at a marina on the lake and was able to boat over. The dock and house were perfect! We had the best time!

Guys Trip 2023
We booked this unit for our guys trip this year. This house was perfect, loved the large double decker boat dock, the top provided ample space and amazing lake and sunset views. After dark walked up to the patio of the house and enjoyed the fire pit. The check-in process was very easy, communication with Justin was quick and informative. The house is well stocked, bed's are comfortable, short, paved walk to the boat dock and is conveniently located, by water, to the marina we rented a boat from. The house was clean, secure, large and with multiple levels could find some privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway- Team Bonding
Justin made everything very easy during this last-minute booking. Our girls were playing in a tournament about 20 minutes from this home and we decided to turn the weekend into a team-bonding weekend with a few of the young ladies. Location was perfect and quiet. The house was clean and just like it says in the description. It was in the middle of February, so we didn’t take advantage of the lake and activities, but the hot tub more than made up for it! There was a small ‘glitch’ in something functioning in the house and Justin returned a txt/call immediately and had it taken care of asap. He checked in on us after that to be sure everything was ok. It is far enough away from restaurants that if you are not wanting to drive, I would recommend bringing some dinner/lunch food which we did not do. Grub Hub saved us though! We will be staying here again in the future! HIGHLY recommend working with Justin again. Thanks for a great and memorable stay!

Great location on the beautiful lake
The beds were comfortable and the location on the lake was great. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock enjoying lots of time on the lake. The layout of the house is spacious and functional for a large family. The house is in need of some modern updates but it is quirky and charming just the same. If you are looking for a laid back, no frills, house on the lake, with lots of room to spread out, this is the place.

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Between our family and friends we have a boat and two jet skis and they fit perfectly on the dock. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Flew in to see our grandson’s little league game and to share Easter with four generations - this house was perfect gor a family weekend. Since it was a family event, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Recommend the owners consider adding the following: Measuring spoons Dishwash cloth Small bottle of dishwashing liquid scrubber Trivets Roasting pan Hot pads A larger than 7” x 7 “ cutting board Tea kettle Another rack in oven Griddle (electric or insert for stove) Hand mixer Less spatulas - no more than two of any item A modest spice set Modest set of oils and vinegars We are former VRBO owners, and we always made sure our home was set up for an eight person holiday gathering to include sundries. Aside from the kitchen, the rest of the house was fantastic. Would rent again.

Nice place for family get together
This lake home has a lot of character which we appreciated. My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend. A storm had passed through a few days before and the owners worked hard to make sure we could enjoy our stay. The hot tub went out during the storm and the owner had a repair crew out the next morning and had it up operating in a few hours. The dock is very nice but needs a ladder that fits on the posts so swimmers can easily exit the lake. Very nice swimming location. We brought inflatable canoe and large floats which the kids enjoyed. There is a sunken canoe tied up to the dock which needs to be removed for safety of swimmers. It has lots of board games for the family to enjoy, good internet access and multiple large screen TVs. The kitchen is well supplied. We had a good time being together.

The house and property have great potential but it’s all very run down and dirty inside and out. Actually left a couple days early. Manager was kind to refund the days we didnt stay.

Overall, love this place
For two years in a row we must have followed a group that had a lot of trash. There were multiple bags sitting outside the cans. Wildlife got in them overnight our first night and it was strewn all over. Even before then the smell was awful.. We contacted property manager and he took care of immediately. House was clean but light bulbs did not work. We found replacements and replaced. Dishes in dishwasher were note clean. We hand washed because so bad. We will come back. Location is great and we are able to have our boat there. Hot tub was not appealing. Seemed to be not clean.

The beds were very comfortable. The house was spacious and the dock area was really nice. The property manager was very responsive. He had to stop by for some measurements and gave us plenty of notice and made a small repair very quickly.
