”Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. ”

”As we turned into the neighborhood, we knew we would enjoy our stay. Every property in the neighborhood was spacious with beautifully manicured lawns. The exterior of this rental was pleasing to the eye. The driveway was down-sloped with plenty of room for our oversized rental suv to pull into. We retrieved the key and opened one of the three garage doors. We were grateful that the suv fit into the bay with plenty of room for the back hatch to fully open and keep us out of the rain. ”We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town. ”

”Property was as advertised and great for our needs. Was able to accommodate part of our baseball team, with games and room outside to get some much needed r&r in between our games. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful and we even made friends with some of the golfers we saw on multiple days.
