”Nice place at the lake and cute atmosphere in the room, it was also very clean. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy and quick to use the laundry. You could choose your breakfast options in advance and it was brought into your room. The walls are very thin so the traffic could be easily heard through the night. The cars were not a problem but the trains make terrible noise. Otherwise peaceful area outside the town. ”

”This was one of the very best places we have ever stayed! We were laying over for a horse show on the way home from Tulsa. It is right around the corner from Lucky J, which it makes it a great place for us to stay when we come back to the area for more shows. The property is stunning! The beds are like clouds and you can sink right in and sleep so good. The shower is amazing. ”New owners are in process of upgrading property so there was some construction going on. They were very accommodating and I believe they will wind up with a five star property when finished. We will be returning to this property when in the area.”

”Walked into room after checked in wet towels on bed, room had not been cleaned went to front desk made a complaint they gave me a different room, almost left to go to another motel, looked like bed had not been changed, very trashy, loud, breakfast was not the best the gravy was like water and sausage. Lights out in the dining room. ”
