”I purchased a room with a separate tub online. When I arrived, this was not available. After talking with staff, this had been reported to Expedia but it is not being shared online. The Resort did not have this type of room available due to maintenance issues. I was not given a discount which I feel needs to come from Expedia. It is their responsibility to keep information current when information is sent to them, verified by staff. Not sure that I will use Expedia again unless a discount is...
