”The room was dirty killed four big spiders. One minute after we walked in no electric the manager or whoever is working the front desk could not speak any English. He had to call somebody to translate. The rooms were filthy. Absolutely filthy stains on the sheets and the towels look like somebody scrubbed the floor with them. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. ”

”In the middle of remodeling. Had to walk around materials for remodeling in the hall. I’m sure it will be nice when complete. Also they were not pleased we booked thru Expedia and not directly with them. ”

”We made the reservation over a week ahead of time but when we arrived they said we couldn't stay because even tho we had moved to Arkansas, we were considered "locals". They need to say that up-front instead of waiting until we arrived. Luckily, Holiday Inn Express in Dyersburg accepted our money for the night. Will NOT recommend to anyone. ”

”If you want to get sleep, don’t stay here. Walls are thin. Had a couple in the next room with the TV on all night and at 530am their dogs started barking. When telling the front desk all they said was “we will let the manager know.” For over 200 a night not worth it. ”

”Website stated breakfast, it wasnt offered. Reserved non-smoking room. The room had a terrible odor. Asked for a refund, didnt get one, left anyway and booked down the road.”

”One chair in a room with 2 queen beds. Where are the other people booked in the room supposed to sit when they aren't sleeping? VERY noisy from highway noise as we were assigned a room on that side of the building. I know the hotel is apparently "under renovation" but just about everything was run down, poorly designed, or simply in bad shape. This includes the front walkway falling apart, landscaping that is just trashy, shower door should be on the opposite end of the shower so...

”Basic room. Toilet paper was almost gone with no spare in sight so had to go down to the office and get one. No breakfast but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. It's an ok place- very basic but quiet.”

”Very nice stay. Easy access from highway, great little local bar/restaurant very close! Room was nice, clean, cool and bedding was fresh and comfortable. TV was hit and miss, remote didn't always want to work and some of the channels wouldn't come in clear, others were perfect, weird. WiFi was spotty, phones worked but IPads etc wouldn't connect. Overall a 5 0f 5.”

”Deposit had to be requested back or you didn’t get it. Rooms were loud and very old. Curtains didn’t completely shut. Noticeable dust in various places.”
