”Pool and staff were nice, wish we had more time to enjoy it. I screwed up my booking date but the manager took care of it with no penalty. Very thankful and impressed there is still good people and customer service out there! ”

”The staff attending to the breakfast was frequently unable to be found and when asking the woman working the front desk to help with pancakes, she was annoyed an unpleasant. She also had no issue once it was fixed of making herself a large plate of them and sitting at the front desk eating her breakfast...after only arriving shortly before that for her shift to start. The hotel was clean otherwise and the room was what we expected.”
