âKaikki toimi erittĂ€in hyvin. Aamupala oli riittĂ€vĂ€ vaikka ei pohjoismaista tasoa ollutkaan. Ainoa miinus oii kahvikoneen vaihtoehdot, mm. Cappuccino puuttui.
Panoramahuone ei vastannut siitĂ€ maksetavaa lisĂ€hintaa, yhtĂ€ hyvĂ€n vastineen saa normaalihuoneesta. SuihkuseinĂ€ olisi saanut olla parempi, nyt kastuu puolet kylpyhuoneesta kun kĂ€y suihkussa. â

âGreat hotel with great room standard and amazing roof top pool bar. Small things to improve would be more sun beds instead of chairs and tables bu the pool and a possibility to fully open the french balcony. All-in-all amazing stay!â

They informed me that it is now their responsibility, if my belonging is not in the safe. They did not give the logs of my room or formal incident report. They were not helpful at all.
The room was not clean, there war hair of other people at bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing was good. They wasted my business trip, did not help me at all about anything because I booked via hotels.com and they did not received direct money.
