”Nice, boutiqueish hotel. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and a character leading breakfast. Leading is the correct word as there is no buffet, and you get the food and beverage only in the order she orders. Consider it a show.
We had the suite on the top-floor which was great except that the public balcony is right next to it and people sit there drinking late which does not fit well with jet lag.
Despite the glitchy, worth the money.”

”Great beautiful property with terrace looking to Monserrate, sauna, and running fireplace (a bit too warm to run in Nov for me personally haha)

”Good location, good service (also in english), nice atmosphere, very good/fresh breakfast ( they arranged the whole table ready for us at 05.30 am!). Rooms do not look 5 star, but are clean. Did not have time to use the spa.”

”Good neighborhood within reasonable walking distance to Museums etc. Beatriz made it feel very much like home and was a gong of information on what to do and where to go. Very nice breakfast daily.”
