The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more, facilitating a comfortable and practical stay.

The studio is located on a first floor without a lift, with access to a lovely inner courtyard that includes a communal swimming pool, barbecue area and outdoor dining area to enjoy meals outdoors and unforgettable moments. The pool has access via a built-in staircase, so supervision is recommended with children. Additionally, it has sunbeds and natural shade areas for greater comfort.



The rest area is versatile, with a double sofa bed in the main area and a sloping attic with a double mattress accessible by a wooden ladder, offering comfortable sleeping options. The full bathroom has a spacious shower to relax after a day of excursions.



Just 200 metres from the supermarket and 20 metres from a local restaurant, this accommodation allows you to enjoy the authenticity of the urban centre with easy access to services and activities.
