A 1,000 m² luxury villa with a one-hectare estate, located 7 km from the town of Bouznika in Morocco, halfway between Casablanca and Rabat (45 minutes away), and just a 10-minute drive from Bouznika Beach.

American plan: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including sodas, prepared on-site by a chef using fresh ingredients and vegetables from the garden.

The villa features a truly stunning entryway that opens onto the open-concept living room, with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows providing direct access to the terrace and its 8m by 20m pool. The spacious garden is filled with lush plants. The lake and waterfall offer a sense of serenity and calm. An ideal setting to recharge and relax. It also features eight bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, accommodating up to 12 guests. Several activities are available on the estate: tennis, basketball, handball, and volleyball courts; a mini-soccer field; a 500-meter jogging track; and a weight room and gym. A hammam, massages, and personalized coaching by professionals are available as optional extras.
Transportation service is provided from the Casablanca or Rabat airport (45 min) to the estate on both your arrival and departure days. The estate is fully secure and fenced, with house staff, a caretaker, and the owner on-site.
