It is a fully equipped self-catering apartment that offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, freezer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave. The apartment is an ideal place to relax – with a TV and internet access available. The apartment has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to four adults and two children. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can be used if needed. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds that can be joined into a large double bed. There is a spacious bathroom with a toilet, two washbasins, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub with a shower. Bed linen and towels are, of course, included in the price of the stay. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fan, vacuum cleaner, and a safe for storing valuables. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Free parking is provided in a secure underground garage. Please note: Charging electric vehicles is not permitted using electricity from shared areas (garage, parking spots). This is strictly prohibited and considered unauthorized use of shared electricity under Spanish law. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.House Rules: • The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 adults and 2 children. • Check-in time is between 15:00 and 19:00, and check-out is between 9:00 and 10:00. • Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon prior agreement for a fee of EUR 30 in cash, payable on site. • Pets are allowed by prior agreement for a one-time fee of EUR 20, payable upon arrival to our manager. He will personally welcome you and show you everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Several dog-friendly beaches are located just a few meters from the apartment. We prefer fair and friendly communication – everything can be arranged.
