”The room itself was very clean and comfortable. It had a bit of strong smell--not bad, just strong and somewhat spicy/woody. It is a wooden cabin after all so I'm assuming maybe it's from that. Overall great stay and very friendly staff. The only thing I didn't realize was that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room, but otherwise it was great. No complaints!”

”This cabin was the perfect way to experience Mt. Rainier because it was so close to the park entrance but nestled in the woods for such a tranquil and relaxing getaway. The restaurant was wonderful and the whole process was easy. Highly recommend! ”

”We just wanted a quiet get away for a couple of days close to the North Cascades. We had hoped to see the fall foliage but it turned out we came a couple weeks early for the best of that. We stopped by the ranger station there in Darrington, and then drove up to Rockport and on to Newhalem to see what fall leaves we could. The cabin was quiet, clean and cozy. We loved sitting in the hot tub on the back deck and also sitting beside the Sauk River in the back of the property.”
