”We love the sound of the Sauk River rushing by. It is otherwise quiet here. A friendly husky came by to say hi to us a couple times when we were sitting outside. It was a restful stay.The cabin itself is comfortable, well supplied and clean. This is the second time we've come here. I'm sure we will return again.”

”The facility was very well appointed with all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay at mount rainier. We did not find that it was lacking anything that we would have needed to make it any better. An extra, after a long hike, was the hot tub. This was a much needed bonus. For future visitors we would absolutely recommend the local coffee/ ice cream shop for both the obvious as well as the recommendations by the staff.”

”Such a sweet and cozy cabin! Rustic feeling with the Sandy River close by (for those who enjoy a riverine soundtrack), but with some luxuries that mean you are definitely not roughing it. The barrel sauna was perfect on a rainy day. Good hiking is nearby. The cabin was very well-outfitted for cooking, but there are places near enough in either direction on 26 if you don't want to cook. ”
