”Simple mountain lodge hotel room but with great staff and amazing outdoor amenities. My favorite part might have been the comfy rockers on the balcony that overlooks the mountains and nearby stream but there were lots of other outdoor areas for gathering to relax and enjoy the mountains. Very friendly staff that are super helpful and knowledgeable for exploring the area. ”

”Amazing place close to Yosemite’s south gate. The cottages have seen life but were very comfy and clean. The resort store had a wide selection of everythibg you need on holiday. The staff was very nice, especially Aubrey. Ps. Try the Mexican restaurant nearby, very delicious food with veggie options.”

”Where to begin? I have been enjoying the restaurant associated with this hotel for many years now on my visits to the area which is a treasure near Yosemite. The town of Oakhurst is my favorite as it offers great amenities that are the closest to the best entrance to Yosemite in my opinion. Lets start with the food. ”We stayed here two nights during our road trip in California. We booked this hotel for reason to see Yosemite. It was good, small (8 rooms) hotel about 1,5 hour drive from Yosemite valley. Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. On a map it seems to be close to Yosemite but road between these two was very curvy and slow avg. ~25mph. You have to be aware when driving here especially after sun sets. Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit their wineyard. Afterall it was a good...

”No staff. Very private. Our room had all amenities and the breakfast room was well stocked. We were really happy with the accommodations. One caveat was the walls were thin. Fortunately the people above us were quiet. What a beautiful place, we would definitely stay again!”

”The place was super clean, quiet, and walkable distance to a coffee shop and little market which was a plus. There is also a yummy Mexican restaurant right next to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and made s’mores with the fire pit. Also the bed has an electric blanket which we really enjoyed. We loved our stay so much we’re thinking of when we can come back again!”

”Breakfast was next door, which was nice. First, the lady in the dining area was super accomodating to everyone there. Additionally. dining options are a drive away and can be walkable, too for some. The room and shower/bathroom were clean. Overall, it was a fairly affordable, pleasant stay near some national parks me and my partner visited.”
