”Close to Rocky Mountain Park, appeared to be newly renovated, very clean, excellent breakfast (but not included), had fun sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows. Main reason, I am giving a 4 star rating is that we had a poor view from our window and limited outside green space. But we were there for a meeting and any extra time was spent at Rocky Mountain National Park so the hotel worked just fine for us.”

”The cabin was cozy and efficient. It rained constantly so scenery was foggy and cloudy but Grand Lake was charming and the mountains over lakes were breathtaking. ”

”While the room was clean and looks like some love was being put into things.. oh and the location is Great.. no Garbage cans and No AC or fan or anything made things a bit stuffy. Finally a headboard would be good too.”

”Dog barking next to us all night. Cabin was way too hot both nights. Door open with a box fan…. No coffee maker and shower caused my son to end up in urgent care as he slipped and cracked a rib. Children’s hospital bills available upon request….”

”Clean room! Close to Grand Lake Village! Rustic feel! We enjoyed ourselves! Queen size bed was very comfortable! The room had fans to plug in (for summer)! Bring an extension cord to plug in - so fans can move (be placed) where needed! Nice place and get away!”

”Mattresses mediocre, but linens and pillows were nice. Small-ish shower but good water pressure.”

”Clean, comfortable and convenient! Walking distance from everything in downtown Grand Lake and has air conditioning which is ideal during a summer visit. Would definitely stay again.”

”Loved our summer stay at Loose Moose Lodge. Please add on the booking that it's not handicap accessible as it has some steps. The kitchen was pretty bare but they were happy we pointed out a # of things to them. They were on it!”

”Convenient”

”There were no amenities, which, of course for the price, is what you get. However, I didn't expect to not be able to plug things in without the plug falling out of the hole, or not be able to turn the water on or off without mastering the exact correct position. Having to deal with tile cutting in the room next to mine at the end of a long day. No unobstructed view of the TV because of how they have the refrigerator and microwave wedged in...all in all, just not very pleased.”
