”The staff was very friendly … all the time. Really appreciated the waters provided by the front desk and valets. Room was clean and comfortable with a unique decor. Only downside was the room air conditioners which struggle maintaining humidity control and a little on the louder side. The noise is commensurate with the style of unit so just be aware. It did not detract from the enjoyment of the facilities and I would definitely stay there again.”

”The front desk lady did us an awesome favorite today! My daughter who attends FAMU left her wallet and keys attach at the hotel. We called her and she was able to get someone to get them and we pick them up! No problems at all, just quick actions! Great customer service!”
