Great service, the staff has good language skills, clean and spacious rooms, location is a bit far away but reception staff orders you a taxi even in the middle of the night, also uber working really well in Cascais. ”After having read all these ratings on hotels.com, the hotel was pretty much what I expected. No surprises. It was ok for what we were looking for: a few days relaxing at the beach and away from it all. The beach is not great for swimming or sunbathing though, very windy. But lots of windsurfing and other activity, which was nice to watch from the comfort of our own room - with a sea view. The sea view was exactly as stunning as in the photos on hotels.com. The windows were dirty from salt water...
”There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision. ”

"The service at the front desk was good. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and the overall atmosphere felt stuffy. The fitness room is outdated and poorly equipped, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly."

Keskeinen sijainti, paljon ravintoloita lähistöllä ja muutenkin vilinää. Hotelliaamiainen ei mitenkään erityinen, syötävää kyllä riitti. Kiva kattobaari juomien nautiskeluun ja maisemien ihailuun. Superior huone yläkerroksissa muuten hyvä, mutta liikenteen melu kadulta kuului varsin selvästi, sitä riitti lähes läpi yön. Kylpyhuone oli myös aikaa nähnyt, suihkuveden lämpötila vaihteli koko ajan."
