Explore Orlando and Central Florida from a comfortable and spacious home in a safe neighborhood. Excellent for families/professionals. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living space, 2 car garage, game room and patio for family entertainment. Nearby are Wekiwa Spring Sate Park, 30 minutes to Universal, Sea World, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center an 1h away from Daytona Speedway and Beaches.

Our Mission: We Provide Affordable Vacation Rental Homes for Families and Friends where they can Have Fun, Connect and Create Life-Long Memories.

SLEEPING: There are (1) king size beds , (1) Bunk Bed with 2 Queen size Bed,(1) Queen size bed, (1) Full size Bed, (3) Sofa Beds and (1) portable baby crib.

Absolutely No Noise after 10pm.

If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you.

PARKING: NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.

This home has a Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils and everything you need for an amazing meal.
We provide towels to shower & WIFI.
Complimentary Washer & Dryer

Starter Daily Essentials
We provide a starter supply of daily essentials (such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc.) at the beginning of your stay only.
These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for supplying additional items as needed.

You`ll have 100% Privacy inside this Home. It is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will send you the Code and No need to Meet in Person. Video recording outside and noise sensor inside the house.

We are available by text/Call or the Airbnb App at all times for any questions you might have. Please try to do everything through the Airbnb App.

Other things to note

-Check-in is 3pm -Check-out is 10am -You can check-in any time after 3pm and as Late as you Want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.

-No Late Check-out as we have to Clean the Home for Same day Guests.

DEPARTURE: Please leave all used towels on the bathroom floor and throw the trash in the bins outside, wash all your dishes ( EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF PLACE IS LEFT EXTRA DIRTY )

The kitchen was was very well stocked with a variety of sized pots, casseroles, baking dishes and mixing bowls. The screened in patio was a perfect sitting area for our group. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures on the website.

Beautiful & Spacious

We had 4 college aged men and 2 parents in this home & we all had a bed. It was more than enough space. The kitchen was great for meals. We made a fire in the firepit & enjoyed smores.

Great house

This property was perfect for me and 3 of my co-workers. Plenty of space for all of us to speead out and work when we were at the house. Rooms were large and comfortable for the four of us. The steep driveway took me off guard but street parking worked just fine. Would definitely stay again.

The home was nice and the space was nice however the towels were horrible, pillows were horrible and the floors/rugs were dirty. You can tell they arent cleaned between guest stays. The fold out couch had a hole in it and we couldnt even use the fold out beds bc they were stained and had a hole. I would stay there again. Just needs some updating on some things and a better cleaning staff.

Charming, quiet, well-kept home

The house is spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and well laid-out. It's situated in a neighborhood that is friendly and quiet, yet with easy access to a main road with numerous shopping and dining options. There is a delightful lakefront park/playground just across the main road, very easily walkable. Check-in, check-out, and communication with the owner all were quick and simple. We definitely would rent it again.

Cute house

First entry was difficult as the extensive rains in Florida caused the front door to swell making it virtually impossible to gain entry. It necessitated a change in plans and the first night was spent in a hotel. The property manager worked with us the entire time, had a workman on the premises to deal with the issue and refunded us the entire cost of the hotel. . The remainder of the stay was very pleasant but kudos for really taking care of us during g the door issue. The only thing I would recommend as maybe replacing the front door with a metal one. The neighborhood is older but very quiet. Overall, a good value.

Comfortable and updated home

This is a nicely decorated home located near where my parents live. It was just as advertised, with lots of common space for sitting around with family. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were tastefully done. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again next time we visit the area.

Great Refurbishment, quiet neighborhood

The renovations look wonderful. Everything was pretty much new and very well done. The size of the house was great. The location is great as well as it's a short drive to a large variety of restaurants. The surrounding houses are a wide mix of old (and look it) and recently renovated but it was very quiet (which we like). We would definitely stay there again provided the following is fixed. The thermostat and air ducts didn't function as expected. I assume the renovation is new and there might be some kinks to work out. The thermostat had some kind of setting that changed our temperature setting at different times. One time we set it to 75 on AC so it wouldn't be running while we were out. We returned and it was set back to 72 and the place was freezing. The heating had issues too. Yes, even Florida needs heat at times in December through February. The vents in the bedrooms and bathrooms on both wings weren't blowing heat. Only the living room was getting heat. So, I set the temp to 75 again (on heat this time) to get those rooms warm. They didn't get warm and when I was setting the thermostat it displayed a message "until 5am" meaning the temp would only be set until 5am. Sure enough it went back to 72 at 5am. I emailed the host to the same email they messaged me for the access code etc. but never heard back. So, they have a couple of things to work out. But overall, we had a great stay.

Immaculate, wonderfully updated, spacious

This was a wonderful property to stay in, it was immaculate, wonderfully updated, it is even more spacious than the photographs, which give a very good idea of how nice and comfortable this place is. I stayed 2 weeks, the hosts were wonderfully responsive with the few questions that I had. The kitchen was amazing, the keypad lock on the front door worked with the code that I was sent, the beds were comfortable, two great bathrooms, lots of clean towels, pots and pans, and very nice tableware and cutlery, plus a large pantry space for the items that I bought. It is close to all sorts of places - Winter Park, downtown Orlando, UCF, and even a day trip to the Disney area, with a comfortable place to come home to in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is also very close to places to shop, pharmacies, gas station, grocery stores and lots of excellent places to eat as well, in various price ranges. I really look forward to being able to stay here again on my next visit to my family.

Could not get in….

We arrived well after check-in at approximately 6:50PM and the code provided on the app was wrong and I could not get in. I called the host who promptly answered and I explained that the code was not working. She explained that she had emailed me a new code earlier via email. I checked and confirmed I had the wrong code. I entered the correct code and nothing. We spent the next hour trying to get in until the host sent an Uber with a key. The key opened the sliding glass door to the master bedroom located at the rear of the house. The host said that she would get the front door fixed. We spent the rest of the time having to exit via the garage door and entering at night via a sliding glass through the rear of the house. As we walked through the house we realized the pictures were made to make the house look perfect but that was not the case. The floors were not clean throughout the house. It’s as if the house was vacuumed but the floors were not mopped. We took our shoes off at the entrance to not drag sand and dirt into the house but our socks got dirty from the floor. The main bathroom which is shared had a dirty shower and floor, only one of the soap dispensers had soap and worked, the shower dispensers (shampoo, body wash, conditioner) were empty. All of the doors make noise, and all the bedroom furniture are fixed in place so you cannot get behind them to use the outlets. Which made it a pain to charge phones. Great idea if you don’t people to rearrange things but

Freshly renewed home / well stocked kitchen

The property seems to be newly refurbished everything seemed new. Spacious rooms, including bedrooms and room to spread out our large family gathering. Only 2 full bathrooms, and the master bathroom didn’t have a door and I think that should be added. No privacy at all in that bathroom, but it was well laid out and spacious. That is an en-suite bathroom so it is open into the master bedroom All 3 other bedrooms share a full bath in the hall. The hot / cold water was switched around in the faucets, but once you know that’s how it is you adjust. Had shampoo / conditioner/ soap dispensers in showers. Water pressure was good. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/dishes / pans / appliances including an air fryer, keurig and an instant pot. All new. The only thing I think the kitchen lacked was serated knives. There is a gas grill outside, we did not use it. There is a washer / dryer, the washer needed an extra rinse / spin every load, not sure why, and there only seemed to be hot water no matter the temp setting. I sent a message to let the manager know but never heard back. There is Wi-Fi, worked well, nice tv with sound bar in the living room, we couldn’t figure out the sound bar though. Seems several people left their streaming accounts active. Nice place, I would stay again. Items I posted were for information for next guests, I wasn’t complaining. 😊 (except maybe the bathroom door) we were quite pleased with our stay.

Lovely Home for a Lovely Experience

I had friends stay in this vrbo that were in town for my wedding. There was more than enough space for seven of them to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. We would definitely rent again.

Great property, just like the pictures

Has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Lots of plates, pots, cups, mugs, counter top appliances and pans (no common condiments though, e.g. salt pepper, etc). A/c was great even with 90 degrees days. Washer/dryer/dishwasher all great. Comfortable couch. Felt at home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!
