”Ther room was big for european standards, clean and very well decorated. The lobby has a great vibe with modern/artistic decor and an amazing view. The breakfast was great, with local products and the staff was amazing, she prepared a lot of the delicious food that was offered (I assume she was the owner/administrator). This is the hotel if you are visiting the Bolgheri area. ”

”Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...

”Es war die bisher schlimmste Unterkunft die wir je gebucht haben. Die Bilder aus der Anzeige passen nicht mit dem Haus vor Ort überein. Es ist ungepflegt, unsauber und nicht für einen Sommerurlaub mit Familie geeignet.
Wir waren super enttäuscht, da wir uns sehr auf eine erholsame Zeit gefreut haben. ”

”Il plus sicuramente la pulizia della camera, veramente impeccabile, anche il bagno e la doccia davvero ottimi. Letto abbastanza comodo, forse il materasso potrebbe essere migliorato (si sentiva qualche molla). Colazione soddisfacente. Piscina bella, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. La signora alla reception molto gentile, ma molto minimal, ci ha fatto vedere dov'era la camera, ma non ci ha dato indicazioni sugli orari della colazione od altro, anche se era tutto scritto poi sul foglio presente nella...
