The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job. He was a gracious host and very helpful with restaurants, places we should visit, helping with anything we needed,...

”We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! ”

”Very clean property in the hills. We appreciated the video of how to find the apartment, since the roads going up can be confusing. While we wish there was A/C, we still enjoyed the breathtaking view of Orvieto from the patio. It was easy to get to town via car. The hosts were friendly.”
