”I stayed here for two nights and it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!! First, Maria kindly waited for us outside the building when we called her that we couldn’t find the building. Though there were some difficulties in communicating, as she doesn’t speak English that much, but it was overall it was fine as we used google translate and gestures. She offered delicious breakfasts and the stay was just amazing. I would love to come and stay here again if I ever come back to...

”Salernoway due to being unable to check in. I didn’t receive any instructions of access the unit the day of my arrival. Upon arriving at the main entrance around 1:15 PM on September 12, 2026, I buzzed the bell, but no one answered. I eventually entered the building behind a resident and went up to the second-floor unit. I knocked on the door and rang the bell repeatedly, but again received no response. I find out phone number from their website, also attempted to call the property owner twice,...

”Positives - Villa was in a good place near a supermarket, restaurant's, public transport and ruins. Good size rooms with quite comfortable beds, good sized kitchen, air con was good. Negatives - we were asked to book in online before we arrived but no English option on their website to book in on so when we arrived there was no one on reception to book us in so we called the owner who couldn’t understand us so for 3 days he kept sending messages asking us to pay the local taxes in Italian!...

”Great location, near the train station and entrance to the Pompei site. We liked the quite stylish room, but the traffic outside was loud during the evening and morning. NB: there is no pool and the jacuzzi is ”extra service” with a fee! The site from where we booked the hotel (hotels.com) did not include this fact. The hotel was very understanding and compensated us for this mistake. The breakfast was ok, not great. Would recommend anyway!”

”Clean room, helpful staff, and a great alternative to a plain vanilla hotel room. 10-15 minute walk to many great local restaurants, cafes, and the promenade near the harbour. Also a great location for exploring the historical district of Salerno in the city centre”
