”Such a classic Tuscany location. Beautiful old Watermill turned into a hotel so it is very rustic. Cell phone service on the area is not good but WiFi seemed fine. Pools were nice but not too big and not a lot of space to accommodate all guests. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful. ”

”What a phenomenal place, fully worth the praise it has received. We stayed in the Uccelli Suite, and it was without a doubt one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated, respecting the vibe of the old house, the rooms were spacious, cozy and elegant at the same time. High ceilings and nice details to let your eyes rest at. ”We had nice 2 night stay at Palazzo San Niccolo. Hotel is located right in the center of village. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had welcoming drinks at the check in and reception boy took our luggage to our room. We had room at top floor. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits.”
