”Our stay here was perfect! The house is large and has plenty of private and shared spaces for a big group. We had 13 people (6 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant) and the bedroom layout was great. There is only one en-suite bedroom, but there are plenty of full bathrooms to go around on each floor. ”From the outside it looks quite plain. But once inside, it is a beautiful seaside resort. There is a huge pool with sun decks by the pool and the seashore. There is no beach, but easy access to swim in the crystal clear water. The room is spacious. The only complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable. For breakfast, there s a very nice selection of things to eat, heavy on the pastries. I would stay here again! ”

”Our stay was wonderful, very nice host Rosario and Sara the neighbor were fantastic. Rosario even took us to the market bc we didn’t have car. Walked to several great restaurants and to the beach. Would definitely recommend a car though for next trip as going to places like Marsala was quite expensive in a taxi/car service. Cefalu was much closer and train was also close but scheduling was a little difficult for late return times. All in all, a great experience ”

”We had the best week at Gaetano and Mary’s property. Everything was as advertised and more so. We were welcomed by Gaetano and Mary withrefreshing drinks and Italian pastries and most importantly a thorough walkthrough of the villa and all its amenities. Gaetano also took the time recommending different restaurants and activities in the area, which turned out to be great. ”We had a wonderful experience at the Palermo apartment. It was close to one of the main arteries of Palermo with many attractions and eateries nearby, but was surprisingly quiet. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and there was a considerable amount of attention to detail given to the needs of travelers that included lots of hangers, shelving, and drawers to organize your clothes and toiletries. ”The three houses were plenty big enough, so many room options for multiple people. The place was mostly very clean and surrounded by lemon trees. The pools were really great and one of them is HUGE. Having the bicycles was a brilliant add on as you needed one to pop to the local supermarket. ”This apartment is far and away the best vacation rental we've stayed at. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo on foot.The terrace and balcony is simply spectacular.The apartment is as if it were your own home... but without the clutter! It is close to many great restaurants, within walking distance, safe and well lit.
