The apartment of 45m2 is in the center of Platja d'Aro 300m from the beach next to public transport and shops, 15min from Palamós and 30min from the Airport of Girona. It is located on the fourth floor with an elevator and a terrace with outdoor furniture, in addition to having a swimming pool and games area such as table tennis, playground and basketball court and soccer. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, fan, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included.
