”This hotel is hip and modern and was a delight to stay in. The staff were very friendy and helpful. The room had a feel of like your own apartment or unit somehow. Quiet, great location in the very heart of the shopping and sightseeing areas. Great location! Downside, is temporary road construction out front that doesnt really affect you other than esthetics. Great street. Breakfast was delicious. Room clean, beds comfortable!”

”The environment was nice and peaceful. Unfortunately can't say the same about the room. The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv. Probably had run out of batteries. About the bathroom - there was no toilet paper holder and they were up by the window. The shower was small and one of the glass doors was really loose and about the fall off. Also there...

”Very beautifully located and renovated place with great history, peaceful atmosphere and super-friendly service. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden and it was great as it changed a bit every day. Room was spacious and clean with tub and fridge etc. Great views and many nice places to hang outside and read a book etc. The pool area was lovely also. Great value for your money! The only downside was a bit slow/at times non-existent wifi.”

”Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une nuit mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par le lieu! La chambre est belle, bien équipée avec de belles attentions ! Une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le cadre est superbe ! Le seul bémol serait que sans la ville à côté tout n’était pas ouvert mais nous avions prévu ce qu’il fallait pour manger. Je recommande et c’est une adresse que je vais garder!”

”The comfort room was airy and stylish, beautiful views with windows opening towards the valley. Ceilings brought a charming country atmosphere and the shower very cleverly placed “upstairs” under a wooden beam. Necessary to carry luggage up a narrow staircase. Bed was firm which I really loved. ”The environment, building, views and breakfast are excellent. But a huge problem is that they advertise a room that does not even exist in reality! We booked a 20 m2 Superior room with balcony, hill view and king size bed. What we got was a cramped 11 m2 room with a queen bed, which they sell as ”for single use”. What they said is that none of the 20 m2 superior rooms have a balcony or a hill view (both of which are must-haves in a place like Colle di Val d’Elsa). No refund or other compensation...

”O noite é muito bacana. Um castelo muito antigo preservado e numa localização privilegiada, no alto de uma montanha onde a vista é espetacular. Os quartos são grandes, a staff é super atencioso, tem um restaurante na propriedade que facilita devido o hotel ser mas afastado. Café da manhã com várias opções. Tem uma torre que é possível subir e tirar fotos lindíssimas no pôr do sol. Super recomendo ficar pelo menos uma noite. ”
