It is located 200 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the sandy beach, 16 km from Peralada Golf, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 60 km from Girona Airport. The apartment is situated in a family-friendly area close to shops and restaurants.



The accommodation includes garden furniture, terrace, internet access (wifi), heating via heat pump, air conditioning in the living room only, communal swimming pool and television.



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
