The apartment underwent a full renovation in 2020, featuring modern and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a dining table, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It leads to a terrace with a south and west facing position. One of the bedrooms contains a french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and has an exit to a terrace with a south and east facing position. The other bedroom has two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and also provides access to a terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC.
