Loved everything about our stay! Very friendly and lovely staff. Location was beautiful and private up on the mountain. Also very good indoor spa and outdoor pool areas.

The location right at the lake is amazing and the view from hotel room balcony magnificent. Overall service by the staff was good and everything worked smoothly. The only downside is the high (Swiss) prices at hotel restaurants and bars. Apart from that this hotel really become one of our favorites.
