”The villa is superb and communication from the host was brilliant. The only thing that would stop us returning is the proximity to the main road. You get used to it however for the cost we paid we didn’t expect that and the first weekend there was a car enthusiasts meeting nearby so the noise was even more noticeable. ”A great property, would recommend. The only slight negative was a moderately busy road nearby so you can hear traffic noise when in the garden. Easy walks to restaurants and lake beaches, but best to have a hire car to really explore the area.”

”Our family of 6 adults stayed at Villa Mari Aurelia Dec 4-7 on our way from Florence to Milan. Christina and her son, Elia, were fantastic hosts. Communication before and during our visit was prompt and very helpful. We took advantage of their recommendation to visit Monte Isola, a 5 min walk and ferry ride from the house. ”Die Lage vom Haus war toll. Allerdings gibt’s keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Es war unerträglich heiß. Dazu kommen noch tausende von Stechmücken. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären zwingend notwendig. Unschön war auch das man keinen Zugang vom Garten in den See hatte. Fazit insgesamt. Völlig überteuert für das was geboten wurde.”
