Lou Gaston - Castillon LA Bataille

You will stay in our grandparents' house, hence the name "Gaston." It has been completely renovated by us. It is about fifty meters from our house, overlooking the departmental road towards the center of Castillon La Bataille, on our enclosed property with a shared entrance through a large gate. You have private parking next to the cottage. You are less than 400 m from all amenities, a 10-minute walk from the bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, pharmacy, medical center, hypermarkets and 900 m from the train station. A small, beautifully landscaped garden and a beautiful gravelled area have two garden furniture sets and a barbecue. You will enjoy a very bright, glazed living room with two lounge areas and portable air conditioning. The kitchen is independent with a quality dining area. On the ground floor, you have a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. You can have a sleeping area with a 90x190 cm bed (for a person who cannot share their extra bed €35). A bathroom with shower screen and a separate toilet. Sheets, towels and household linen are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included. The cottage is non-smoking. For your leisure time, you will find a DVD player, a ping-pong table, a shell sandbox for infants, pétanque balls. Everything for babies: a bed, a high chair, a stroller, a changing table, a potty and a toilet booster seat. Castillon la Bataille is historically known for its Hundred Years' War, offers a 1h30 show every year from July to August, 6 km from the Gîte.
