”I loved everything about the facilities and the staff. The rooms though are very average and we had no working air system in ours. The shower only had a straight down spout so hard to avoid washing hair when you only want to rinse off.”

”When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out the restroom 20min with a signed that read out of order I had a long drive and had to use the restroom….. The pool was green thick fungus”

”It is very quiet even though on Main Street. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was well prepared and the area was very clean. Plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel. It is a definite if I am in the area again.”

”We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”

”A very pleasant stay! I stayed two nights while visiting for work. I felt very safe the entire time. As a smoker, I appreciated the ashtrays that are placed strategically to allow you to smoke and easily dispose of your butt. I especially loved the outside seating area and the live plants placed everywhere. Would definitely stay again! And, thank you, Evelyn, for being so kind and helpful! It was such a pleasure meeting you!”

”Called morning before check in to make change and was told it could be done at check in. At check in the agent was not least concerned while he told me that he cannot make the change. No coffee at all was available for breakfast.”

”The hotel was just what we needed that night - a comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay as we visited Greensboro for a family gathering. Nice to have basic breakfast items and coffee to start the day. It had plenty of parking near the front entrance and was easy to access. The AC system was easy to adjust so that it was not too overpowering and kept the room comfortable. In some hotels the HVAC system can be hard to adjust well.”

”Overall a very good room and a very nice stay, I would definitely go back. Moms were big, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices. The only negatives I saw were minor, there was some pink mold in a bathroom shower seat between the slats, and the pool was kind of chilly. Overall, a great stay”
