We were impressed with how very clean the property is even for a dog friendly location. We loved walking our dogs around the field across the road and exploring Puget Island. Kalama has interesting spots to take in and the drive to Multnomah Falls and Mount St. Helen’s was easy. The host was easy to communicate with and we loved our stay there. Be aware there is not a door to the very large master bathroom so you can see someone sitting on the toilet from the king bed! — a bit weird for a house that was recently remodeled and the owners clearly spent a lot of money to do so.
