”I liked the room. It was clean but I would have liked a bathtub instead of just a shower because my son can only take baths. However we had to checkout a day early and they would not issue a refund for the unused day that I had prepaid for. That is the biggest disappointment I had because I would think that they would give a day refund especially to keep the customer happy to want to stay there again.”

”The breakfast was great. Fresh and nice selection.
The pool is unheated and frigid. We felt like it defeated the purpose of having an indoor pool.
Our bathroom had random hairs throughout the shower.
While no fault of the hotels, but we were facing the main road and it was loud. Our blinds also didn’t close properly so we had street lights blaring into our room.”

”We had a great time! The room was spacious and clean. The beds were well kept and very comfortable. We felt safe as well, especially with the additive of the hotel being locked after certain hours at night. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, but we were glad to know that it was included with the stay as an option. Definitely will stay again next time we’re in the area!”

”I booked two hotel rooms with the understanding bill would be paid at check in. We arrived at 4pm and told rooms had been cancelled because card wasn’t able to be processed. The clerk took this as an opportunity to give me this information in a voice so loud the entire lobby heard. While there was no issue with the card and I had not been notified by hotel imagine the embarrassment. The clerk then began to tell me we only had a choice of four rooms left. Again in a voice that let the entire...

”Loved the hotel! The little market downstairs was super convenient and the fitness center was equipped with so many great machines. The only con to this hotel were the elevators. We had to wait for one just to get to our room during certain hours of the day. On checkout day all elevators were jammed packed with people trying to get downstairs.”

Castlewood – Missä yöpyä?
Löydä kohteen Castlewood parhaat alueet suosikkiaktiviteettiesi kannalta.
Downtown Atlanta
