”If you are thinking about renting this property, definitely do it. It is so clean & beautiful. More amenities than any place we have ever stayed. It is so close to many restaurants & shopping, grocery just around the corner. It has security there all night. Felt very safe. Just a beautiful setting, definitely enjoyed it. ”We loved our stay, perfect set up for a couples vacation. Would highly recommend contacting Colin, he is the local police man but also can be available to hire as a tour guide and taxi service +17585199438. Friendly guy knows all the locals best places to go and can arrange anything for might need. Hosts were wonderful gave us privacy and were welcoming and available to assist. ”This is a very comfortable place to stay and the pool was great too! The house was clean and the beds were very nice. The house could be better supplied with items that would help the stay be more convenient. But our main concern was that the surrounding area of Rodney Bay doesn't come across half as nice as you may expect. ”The cottage was adorable and has an amazing view. It is small but cozy, perfect for 2 people. The housekeeper comes twice a week so the place is always very clean. The only negative we experienced was the drive to the place. Google maps does not know how to route to it properly and kept taking us on dead ends and the roads thru the neighborhood are dirt and VERY bumpy and filled with potholes. You have to drive slow. Once we learned the proper route though it wasn't too bad, just be prepared....

”Everything was wonderful, our party of 6 had more than enough room for ourselves. If we had one hiccup to mention it would be about the lack of air in the common areas. We could not commune comfortably. Also Marcus and his son Josh the drivers was total GEMS they was so great to deal with and really took care of us. Would definitely stay at Villa Xona again.”

”Location of the property was great, it was a short walk to the beach at Sandals. It was quiet and I felt very safe. Apartment was very nice and comfortable Short drive to a grocery store. We made many meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We went on many tours and were picked up at Sandals La Toc which was very convenient. Overall very happy and we truly enjoyed our stay.”

”This is a beautiful home with an absolutely breathtaking view. There was plenty of space for the four of us and the décor was minimalist modern making the overall feel light and airy. Flores was a delight and made us a few delicious meals. Alston (driver) was available whenever we needed him (I'm very happy we decided to use Alston instead of renting a car - the roads seemed very difficult to navigate).
