Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!”

”We wanted a cheap accommodation in Sydney and did not expect much. And did we get much? Dated small room, but it had what it promised. Even arriving late we were still able to get some kind of a dinner from across the yard where there is a Red Rooster. Right next to it is 7/11 open 24/7. Access to the city by bus and train took about ½ hour but was easy. Good laundry. The A/C worked, we slept, the bathroom was o.k. We got what we paid for, nothing more, nothing less. Case closed!”

”If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip.”
