Breakfast was as one would expect; well stocked with the typical budget friendly hotel options. The dinning area was adequately clean as well. For the cost of our stay: one night @ 150, I would score the execution by hotel management, and more importantly their hard working staff members as an A-. Well done. Travelers you can stay here...

”Arrived Friday afternoon to find the outdoor pool water was cloudy and green. Was told by front office staff member Scott it was my choice to swim in it or not. My 6 year old granddaughter was very unhappy with this result. The road construction in front of the hotel with orange cones. Made it difficult to enter and exit, not the fault of the hotel. No white milk on Saturday morning, so no cereal and Sunday no sugar for coffee.”

”We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. There was a very strong odor of dog urine in the office. The owner/ receptionist had 3 dogs running around in there. The rooms were reasonably clean. However there were used false eyelashes and a couple of press on nails left on top of the microwave. The first day went well. The second day we went to the pool. There was an electrical outlet on the wall that my daughter plugged her phone charger into. There were no signs stating not to use outlet. The owner/...

”It would have been extremely important to be able to have the room dark at night as the outdoor light were shining in all night. You have the have dark blinds that actually work for people to have a chance to sleep. This is the least you can do if you still want to keep the price affordable. The smell (musty smell ) was bad in the room.”

”Check-in time was 4pm but a lot of us had to wait for later. Pool closes at 8pm which is ridiculous. Garbage stains on the wall. The weird early pool closer is what got me. Adults during the peak season should be able to swim until at least 10pm. If I go to Kure again I’d see about different lodging.”

”This is more like a motel, not a resort. There were no towels in the room at all (nor any hand soap in the bathroom) and when we went to ask about them, we were told to come back, that most of them were being laundered. There were bugs in the room. The day before we left, when it was time for us to get cleaned up to go to dinner, I went to the office for clean towels and toilet paper and no one was there so I had to grab a pool towel in order to take a shower.
