”The woman at the counter took about a full 60 seconds before looking up from her monitor when I walked up to the desk. She briefly looked up and said “one moment”, and did not look up again for about another two minutes. Wow.”

”Booked this for my dad and sister, the staff was friendly, parking was good. Unfortunately the bath had two holes in it. One was repaired with putty, the second wasn’t repaired so my dad was unable to take a bath. Beds were clean and all other areas In the room was good.”

”Clean, kind and helpful staff. We were sad the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Otherwise comfy and quiet and perfect location next to the gondola for bike park use.”

”Place was clean and the property was really nice!!!! We loved the golf simulator downstairs and was able to bring our family together there on our last night. Front staff was absolutely wonderful and we appreciate the hospitality. Only 2 complaints are: First the room conditions seem as though repairs were needed to be done as there was foam filling of some sort to patch up holes. It was very weird but we went with it. Second was the loudest coming from the bar under us. Not sure if the noise...

”This was all-around positive experience, starting from the superb lady at the reception. She was so friendly and took the time to tell me about the city and things that were happening around. Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

”While visiting our daughter who just moved to the area we stayed 2 nights as a 1st time Visitor to the Resort in a King Studio on 5th Floor. Didn’t get a chance to use anything other than the Hot Tub which was excellent in the evening after a long day. The King Studio 5th Floor was an excellent room for a couple. Looks like a great resort and we will be back when visiting our daughter and look forward to trying some of the dining establishments.”

”Wonderful hotel. I wish the restaurant was open for dinner, but breakfast at 6 am was very good. The happy hour drink coupon was a nice touch.”

”The room seemed clean. It was very chilly and has a very loud heater to get it up to temperature. There were no clothes hangers at all. It had a coffee machine but no plug in near it. The room was quite dark and there was a shortage of plug ins. An extra blanker would have been nice. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room”

”The bathroom smelt like urine. There was no bar. Breakfast only had eggs toast and sausage. Horrible tasting. Staff couldn’t understand English. Room smelt horrible. Hot tub jacuzzi didn’t work. A pinch of shampoo is all you get for a 2 night stay. Vending machines didn’t work! Literally nothing of the reason I booked this stay worked! Horrible. Waste of money. I wish I went with the other options in town for my stay for the same value because this was a complete disaster. Couldn’t sleep due to...

”Very nice room. All new interior. A bit tight in the bathroom/ shower. Our second stay here. The price is right and it’s a clean place to stay. We’ll be back. ”

”This is my second stay here. I upgraded to river view. Room was clean but a bit dated. Beds were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was up and running this time and good temp. I chose this stay as it has a restaurant and bar with great views. But, in our 4day stay, neither was open for business. Kinda disappointed as we were going to have family come meet us there multiple times. Overall nice place, but a little over priced for what is available.”
