”Older property. It served the purpose. Only amenity used was the continental breakfast. Dry goods, cereals, fruit bagels. Set-up in the lobby. Good variety of snacks (granola bars, peanuts, etc). No egg, waffles or potatoes options, but it served the purpose.”

”This was all-around positive experience, starting from the superb lady at the reception. She was so friendly and took the time to tell me about the city and things that were happening around. Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

Hustled to check in to watch the USA play in the World Cup and felt like I had been transported back to the 80’s. Had work calls and had to go to the car to get cellular reception strong enough because the WIFI was not capable of a video call. I called the front desk and they claimed no one had complained. ”The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up.”

”The pictures online of this hotel appear to make it nicer than it was. It has a very dark, dingy, motel-feel to it. When we checked in, the front desk person was very kind and helpful, but he had very red, bloodshot eyes and appeared to be under the influence. (I do not know this for sure). He gave us our keycard and instructed us that we would enter the building through a separate door that could only be opened by using our key. ”We had a wonderful stay at the Greenbriar Inn. The location was fantastic walking distance to the downtown hub. Safe street parking, didn’t have to use our vehicle all weekend. Check in process was smooth. The restaurant and bar staff were knowledgeable and very attentive. Chef did an excellent job and drink menu was creative and delicious. ”Do not recommend. Upon arrival we were checked into room 103. We opened the door And all of a sudden we were overwhelmed with a strong cat urine smell. We went to the front desk to ask to be moved, but unfortunately, they could not accommodate us. We ended up leaving. The area was unsafe for our liking. Unfortunately, we were not refunded for the booking.”

”The property looked like it needs an update. The room itself presented clean but we heard every noise the entire floor of kids running and screaming all night.”

”The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo.”

”This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference.”
