”The hotel was okay. I think the price was a bit high compared to other newer,or more updated hotels in the area I could have stayed at for about the same price. The breakfast was nothing more than some bagels, muffins and trail mix. I wouldn't advertise thst as a free breakfast. Maybe just call it a light snack for the road. Again,the competitors in town likely offered a lot more for the free breakfast. It is advertised as "Pet Friendly" but a $40 additional charge for a night was a bit much....

”From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!”

Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

”When we first arrived, they gave us two rooms, one of which hadn't been cleaned, so we had to go back and wait in line again to get another cleaned room. The lake view with balcony was a joke, the balcony held one person, max, and didn't feel secure in the least. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the Dam Bar and restaurant were fun and had good food and drinks.”

”We recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Coeur D’Alene and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel did not feel clean overall. The floors and carpets were dirty, and the room did not appear to be properly maintained before our arrival. We also did not have enough toilet paper or towels in the room, which was inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, the customer service was not very helpful or welcoming when we brought up concerns. We understand hotels can get busy, but basic...
