”This was all-around positive experience, starting from the superb lady at the reception. She was so friendly and took the time to tell me about the city and things that were happening around. Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

”Room was not large, but fairly well organized. Locked internet, but no free breakfast. Bathroom small, but shower was nice. Comfortable bed. I also appreciated the use of a mini-split air conditioner.”

”Honestly, it was the staff. The greetings, smile and willingness to assist you were excellent! Breakfast was good and the flowers around the property were beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well.”

”Our room needed a new mattress. We were given a room for handicapped but we didn't request or want one. We were told at check-in that's all that was available. Noisy kids on the floor above that the management didn't address. Their jumping around went on for a couple of hours when we were trying to get to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We won't stay there again.”

”Great location, right on the river. The restaurant and bar are both open-concept and sunny, with windows overlooking the river. Friendly, professional staff. The wait staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A great brewpub (Post Falls Brewing) is down the street- an easy walk from the hotel. As well other eating/drinking places - just a short walk away. Great place for a get-away!”

”What a lovely place to stay and visit the charming town of Wallace! The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out, the pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna were wonderful, and our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

”The room was much upgraded compared to the current listed pictures. There was obviously new carpet and white bedding. Very clean room. Only downside was having a room by the exit door and hearing it slam all night. Breakfast options were decent- I wouldn’t expect any better for the price we paid.”

”Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I...

”Perfect budget spot in CDA, within walking distance to everything downtown. Clean. Thoughtful amenities. Friendly staff.”

”Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Rooms are small but fine. Breakfast was better than we were expecting. Staff was very helpful when needed and kind.”
