”Perfect job!”

”Wonderful stay at a wonderful place. Glad I decided to stay is Wallace instead of continuing to Coeur d'Alene. Better price and wonderful staff and Inn. Pool, hot tub, steam and sauna. Had my dog and received a treat bag from the front desk. Wonderful place!”

”This was all-around positive experience, starting from the superb lady at the reception. She was so friendly and took the time to tell me about the city and things that were happening around. Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

”Aged, staff was excellent..room was nothing to brag about..pet area could use attention! No directions in room on how to use tv couldn't figure it out..remote did not match tv..no menus or local dining options..no directory..kid above us running around all night...tried to call front desk to complain...no answer...would not stay again!”

”Room was not large, but fairly well organized. Locked internet, but no free breakfast. Bathroom small, but shower was nice. Comfortable bed. I also appreciated the use of a mini-split air conditioner.”

”Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. ”

”We drove out of our way b/c we wanted a jetted bathtub after a 14 hour drive only to find out it didn't work. Peeling paint, DISGUSTING AC filter (my husband's in the biz so we are overly judgemental, but still gross). Staff was pleasant but a bit clueless. I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend.”

”Absolutely no complaints! The room was great. The breakfast was absolutely the best with real bacon and some of the fluffiest eggs ever. Staff was excellent. Thank you to everyone making this hotel rock!!”

”Room was not really clean it still had dirty on the floor and top blankets had a few stains. Definitely pet friendly parking was ok and staff was nice”
