”This was all-around positive experience, starting from the superb lady at the reception. She was so friendly and took the time to tell me about the city and things that were happening around. Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

”Room was not large, but fairly well organized. Locked internet, but no free breakfast. Bathroom small, but shower was nice. Comfortable bed. I also appreciated the use of a mini-split air conditioner.”

”Honestly, it was the staff. The greetings, smile and willingness to assist you were excellent! Breakfast was good and the flowers around the property were beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well.”

”The guy at the front desk in the morning was working the front desk, trying to keep breakfast stocked and it looked like he was also cleaning rooms. Or at least the linens. The front desk guy at night said each room was only allowed 2 towels per room for the pool.”

”What a lovely place to stay and visit the charming town of Wallace! The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out, the pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna were wonderful, and our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

”Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I...

”The room was much upgraded compared to the current listed pictures. There was obviously new carpet and white bedding. Very clean room. Only downside was having a room by the exit door and hearing it slam all night. Breakfast options were decent- I wouldn’t expect any better for the price we paid.”

”Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Rooms are small but fine. Breakfast was better than we were expecting. Staff was very helpful when needed and kind.”

”The room was well housekept and was stocked with enough towels and soap for the 3 days I was there. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. Housekeepers and front desk staff were friendly and polite when communicated with. Some more modernization and repairs could go along way, however, it was overall a good enjoyable stay. ”

”Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. ”
