”Breakfast was awesome ”

”The hotel staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room when they found out the I was having surgery. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.”

”The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers.”

We were told we had to park away from the hotel site in another lot a distance away because of the size of our vehicle.(would have taken 2 spots) This made us uncomfortable for safety and theft concerns, especially when another similar set up was in the parking lot already and remained there over night. ”The facility was good. We didnt have any power from 4-11:30pm. Dark hallway after ER lighting went out. This was inconvenient but not the fault of Silver Inn.”
