”Parking was easy! Room was clean. The lights flickered which was annoying.”

”This place is a dump. It is super noisy from the street traffic. The door didn’t seal so when the idiots that were next door would stand outside smoking dope, the smoke would come into our room which was gross. I wouldn’t even venture taking a shower as the tub was disgusting. The only good things about this place was there many places close by to grab a bite to eat, and they had a free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Would I stay here again? Not a chance. This place is well past its best before...

”Well located, clean, and congenial friendly service. Parking was no problem.”

”There was cigarette ash all over the bathroom vanity and sink, and the sink did not drain. When we got moved to the room next door, it reeked of dirty old cigarettes (non-smoking room) and the AC kept shorting out. So we moved back to the original room, cleaned it ourselves, brushed our teeth using the shower, and woke up to an overflowing bathroom sink (that we did not even use). The shade curtains had giant holes ripped in them. ”

”My family has stayed here twice now before embarking on a cruise ship from the Port of San Pedro. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room had a kitchenette and amenities were nice. Would stay here again.”

”Proximity to cruise port was ok, overall the hotel was ok. The hotel wasn’t near anything such as shopping or dining options so you are likely to eat at hotel restaurant which was average. Hotel and rooms felt dated and run down. Decent pool. Nice walk around marina outside. Went with intention of using shuttle to cruse port and there was no availability for time to sign up when we arrived.”

”We loved our stay here! Check in was quick, and the staff were so nice and helpful. We never had an issue finding parking during our whole stay. Also love that they lock the gate at 11pm so people can’t get in without a code. The room was very clean, and had a full refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove top. All of them worked great! ”

”The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My husband and I thought the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The parking lot was small, but we had no problem finding a place to park. There was noise from the street, but I didn’t hear it after falling asleep. ”

”Over the year's i have stayed here occasionally but in the last 3 month's i have stayed more times then ever but the last visit was disturbing. For the first time ever an older male desk attendant wanted a $100.00 deposit for the room (on top of the Expedia Fee for the room of $115.81 already on a pay hold) which was never wanted or collected before? But when a couple of day's later the Deposit was not returned and i went back to the Hotel to ask him about why it wasn't? He then got all...

”Very noisy hotel. Lots of activity up and down the corridors most of the night. Elevator on the floor would wake me up each time it came to the floor with noise. Just not pleasant nor restful.”
