”La Finca La Amistad was one of the highlights of our Costa Rica trip. The property is beautifully maintained and filled with an incredible variety of plants. As nature lovers, we were fascinated by the organic cacao farm and even got to see vanilla vines for the first time. The cacao tour was excellent and gave us a new appreciation for the work that goes into producing chocolate. Breakfast was included and featured plenty of fresh ingredients grown right on the farm. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.”
