”No management/staff are at the Settle Inn, so you have to walk to the Super 8 for that. Sheets were dirty; Super 8 supplied new sheets. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap in room. Half the light bulbs were burned out. WiFi wasn’t working, and the Super 8 staff wasn’t able to fix it (required management who wasn’t there). So that means TV didn’t work, either. ”Front desk staff were curt and good at ignoring you as you stood at the counter. Their explanation of the parking garage was confusing at best. Left note and tip for extra bath towels with housekeeping...got none. The people make it feel more like the big City coldness you would expect instead of the friendliness the plain states are known for.”

”We had a great time. My only suggestion would me to monitor staff using vapes that have marijuana in them not to be used while you have guests in the restaurant area. There was a very strong presences of it both nights we were in the restaurant/bar area. Very unpleasant to guests. ”

Their parking lot was small so we had to park in another lot near by. The first room we were in the deadbolt did not work and the maintenance person came and could not fix it so we got moved to another room.
