”Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

”Nice hotel, but I did not get the room I reserved. It was supposed to be an ocean view. I was put in a room with a partial view of the ocean. We would ask housekeeping to come back later but they would never come back. The breakfast was awesome service from wait staff the first couple of days was awesome then they wouldn't come back to fill coffee.”

”Oasis in the middle of Waikiki! Location is the best you can get in Waikiki. The hotel and the rooms are top notch classy in every detail with a beach house vibe. We had a premium room with Diamond Head view on the 15th floor with a huge terrace I will miss forever. The property is very well maintained and service is immaculate. Do not look further, this is the place to be in Honolulu! ”

”Todo estaba muy limpio, las personas que me ayudaron todas muy amables, no recuerdo el nombre del joven del valet pero fue muy amable. Cuando ya estabamos por irnos Richard y Emily nos ayudaron con nuestras cosas a subirlas al carro, hablaron con mi hijo, sin duda alguna regresaremos de vacaciones a este mismo lugar. ”Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star”

”The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. ”Only thing I would change would be more flexible check out times. I completely understand that they have to get rooms clean and ready for new guests, but I’ve been to lots of other hotels in touristy destinations before where check out times became flexible on account of flight times.
