”Upon arrival the front desk clerk just checked me in. Didn’t direct me to elevator, didn’t tell me about the offerings of the hotel. No mention of facility hours or the onsite restaurant or bar. Just not welcoming at all. This is important to some people.

Lots of band aid fixes that should bw taken care of around the building.
