”Needs were super comfy, room was spacious and had a Gulf view. The pool and hot tub were both available and clean, with clean towels. The breakfast was good, good selection, (could never find that trash can though lol). Only issues we really had were the thermostat (buttons didn't really work and it was freezing) and the shower temp and pressure, and the overflowed trash bins. But we had a great time, and enjoyed our stay there 😊”

”My main complaint is housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 am even with a do not disturb hanger on the door. Check out isn’t until 11 and I didn’t get to bed until after 4am. Won’t stay there again. The wait to check in was 35-40 minutes and with broken elevators it took me 20 minutes to get on an elevator to my room. ”

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed”
